We will use files you upload and/or email to our company and staff to fulfill your orders as agreed to the best of our ability. Sending digital files, images, artwork and graphics to our company grants us permission to occasionally use your files for promotional purposes and display on our website. Usage permission also extends to internet related and print based marketing strategies and promotional materials we require unless specifed or understood by trade relationship where non disclosure is necessary and agreed upon. We protect all files customers send us and will delete your stored files immediately upon request.
